Doc fortunately survived serious wounds received on the road below Tiger on April 25, 1968. Mike Sprayberry received the MOH for going out that night to rescue Doc & the rest of his patrol. Their unit was on board for the first Combat Assault's into LZ Tiger."Dec 12, 2009
