Roger Schmidt holding shrapnel Jerry Westenskow Photo Camp Evans the day after the ammunition dump blew up. This "unknown" was identified as Roger Schmidt (CE) by Guy Sparrow(CE) Roger was later wounded in a shoot down during August 1968, four klicks west of LZ Barbara with Nick Johnson (AC) and Howard Burbank (P).
