Johnny's Bar in Downtown Phan Thiet. We were allowed to go into the city, about a 2-3 mile ride from the airport if we had transportation. We'd get our hair cut while downtown and also visit the MACV compound where there was a small PX. Johnny's Bar was air conditioned! - and had hamburgers and cold beer - well maybe Water Buffalo burgers.
